As we work with you, there’s a decent chance that formal projects will arise with specific deliverables and timelines. With Salesforce Excellence, we can run these engagements in parallel and you’ll have consistency with your project team.
Typically, you would need a project team to spend a lot of time learning your business, but since we’ve been doing that as part of our Salesforce Excellence program, we'll ensure the project team can hit the ground running. At the end of the project, the Salesforce Excellence team will take the baton on training and adoption.
